Back in 1993, Suresh Kumar laid a strong foundation for a company that would later become a successful conglomerate in the region scaling new heights in the refinish industry. With a degree in automobile engineering from India and a fiery vision to succeed, Suresh Kumar reached the shores of Oman to realize his dream to become a successful entrepreneur. A qualified automobile engineering with sound knowledge and technical experience in the automotive repair and refinish industry, Suresh Kumar made his first move in setting up a very successful company employing over 100 employees. Born to be a leader, Suresh Kumar demonstrates his prowess in being an effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages the talents of his teammates and employees and channelizes them to achieve organizational goals. Blessed with the natural ability to make quick decisions and take calculated risks, Suresh Kumar has set-up his empire in Oman, UAE, and India. With Suresh Kumar at the helm of Best Wishes L.L.C, the company witnessed steady growth from a single shop to a global business chain. Today, Best Wishes L.L.C is one of the biggest auto refinish suppliers in Oman with the sole dealership of global brands such as Cromax, Debeer, Kapci, Roberlo, Mido, Zurechem, and Yespee. The company prides itself on being the one-stop solution for auto, wood, and industrial coatings needs. To stay ahead of the curve, he conducts market research on product iterations through qualitative studies and quantitative surveys, which makes Suresh Kumar the best in the class entrepreneur. From its humble beginning of a single shop and refinish center at Wadi Kabir in 1993, Best Wishes has grown to be a proud conglomerate of 12 retail outlets, seven body shops, and three wholesale locations in Oman. Best Wishes L.L.C has also extended its wings to the UAE and India with wholesale sales centers.

The Journey So Far

The journey has been very interesting and challenging. I started with a single shop in Wadi Kabir, today; I am running a chain of retail and wholesale sale centers providing world-class service. It is a historical journey from a simple origin to a successful multi-national company. There were many challenges, obstacles but they did not tear me down, I was determined to taste success no matter what. It was only through hard work and determination to succeed which helped me achieve great heights.

Future Plans

There is no stopping for Best Wishes L.L.C as the company plans expansion in the product range with eco-friendly water-based products. The company has plans to open 10 new outlets in Oman by the end of the year 2021, in order to deliver the best-in-class service to the end-users.

On a regional level, expansion plans in UAE with three new retail locations are in the pipeline. A training center to train auto color matching and spray painting is on the cards.

My dream coupled with hard work and perseverance is my secret ingredient to success. I had a clear plan for my future business and worked up to achieve those goals. I have had always stayed focus on short term and long term goals. Another reason for my success is my employees, they are my backbone.
